Discover Bar Dalia, nestled in the heart of 31st Avenue in Astoria. This intimate cocktail tapas bar blends Latin inspired themes with refined elegance. Their standout creation, the "Healing Touch," is the reigning Queens Cup Winning Cocktail in May, 2023. Any cocktails of Queens Article would be amiss to not mention the great & legendary Dutch Kills Bar. Here, their renowned Old-Fashioned is featured -always known as the best in New York City. We hope you enjoy breaking the ice on the wonderful libations & cocktails Dutch Kills has offered since its iconic founder, Sasha Petraske, one of the prominent pioneers of the second cocktail revolution, began it with the Milk & Honey bars.



The “Peanut - Washed Old Fashioned” cocktail by Jason Kilgore is made with Evan Williams BIB Rye Whiskey, Peanut - Washed Novo Fogo Colibri Cachaca, Kaffe Anme, Temps Fugit Crème de Banane, & Heirloom Pineapple Amaro.



“Last Call” by Lead Bartender Kymberly Priego using Dos Maderas 5+3, Yellow Chartreuse,

Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Simple Syrup

“The Pickled Sailor” by Ella Gill - a seaworthy take on the classic dirty martini:

sea bean infused Titos vodka, served cold & up with Ximenez sherry, house made pickle brine,

& a splash of Dolin Blanc dry vermouth. Garnished with a pickled sea bean.



The “Sparrow 75” - a riff on a French 75 done the Sparrow way by Bartender Alice Lipping with

housemade butterfly pea flower tea syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice. Served on the rocks,

topped with a prosecco float, & garnished with a lemon twist claw.



The “Concrete Jungle”cocktail by bartender John Warren is made with Breckenridge Gin,

Lemon, Agave, Ume Plum Liqueur, & Mint



Mosaic opened in 2011 in Astoria NY and has been a hot spot for locals and industry professionals. This award winning bar is a one of a kind neighborhood cocktail, craft beer, and wine bar passionately conceived and designed to be a departure from the average nightlife scene.  Mosaic provides a stylish setting with an experienced staff that treat guests as friends and family. The beautiful decor is not to be missed and provides a great spot for small groups. Try the “Lavender French 75” which is a delicious twist on the classic. It has been a staple on the menu for years. The “Holy Mountain” by co-owner, John Elezovic is made with Misguided Spirits Hinky-Dink Working Man's Rye, Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, Becherovka, Fee Brothers walnut bitters.
