sea bean infused Titos vodka, served cold & up with Ximenez sherry, house made pickle brine,
& a splash of Dolin Blanc dry vermouth. Garnished with a pickled sea bean.

The “Sparrow 75” - a riff on a French 75 done the Sparrow way by Bartender Alice Lipping with
housemade butterfly pea flower tea syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice. Served on the rocks,
topped with a prosecco float, & garnished with a lemon twist claw.

Mosaic opened in 2011 in Astoria NY and has been a hot spot for locals and industry professionals. This award winning bar is a one of a kind neighborhood cocktail, craft beer, and wine bar passionately conceived and designed to be a departure from the average nightlife scene.
